United Projects Company for Aviation Services is a public company, based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in December 2000. UPAC is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since June 2006. The company is a subsidiary of Kuwait National Airways KSC, and is primarily engaged in providing airplane ground services, cleaning services, catering services, and also leases out airplanes. It operates in two segments, investments, rental, and other services operations. Itsupplies water and other items to commercial airplanes, and offers tourism, travel, and cargo services too. UPAC also invests its surplus funds in investment portfolios managed by specialized institutions. It has 7 subsidiaries working across the country. Its customer base includes a wide range of leading retailers, food, and beverage companies, airlines and financial institutions. Its subsidiaries includes United National for Aviation Services Company WLL and Royal Aviation KSCC (formerly known as Jet Aviation Company KSCC), among others, which are engaged in providing management and other services related to the aviation industry. It also serves recreation and entertainment companies catering to younger audiences.United Projects for Aviation Services Company K.S.C.P. (UPAC) is a comprehensive commercial real estate and facilities management firm operating since 2000 and listed on the Boursa Kuwait. UPAC oversees more than 24,000 square meters of commercial space and parking facilities at Kuwait International Airport's Terminal 1 and Sheikh Saad Terminal, as well as the parking and related facilities at Terminal 4. Additionally, UPAC is a key investor in Abu Dhabi's $1.3 billion Reem Mall mega-project, which opened in February 2023. The company's services encompass real estate management, project management, consultancy, and facilities maintenance. By adopting the latest digital solutions for customer-facing products and services, UPAC ensures high efficiency and superior customer service, optimizing maintenance and facilities management across its projects. UPAC is part of a Kuwait-led consortium with Agility and the National Real Estate Company (NREC) that developed Reem Mall. Spanning 260,128 square meters (2.8 million square feet), Reem Mall is a premier retail, leisure, and entertainment destination, and the first digitally enabled omni-channel mall, offering a world-class experience and a personalized customer journey with fully integrated digital technology and e-commerce solutions. The company aims to become a leading player in the commercial real estate sector, both locally and regionally, and to effectively manage ongoing projects while expanding its footprint and growth strategy in the commercial real estate sector, creating value for customers, stakeholders, and shareholders alike.
