Metal and Recycling Company K.S.C.P. (MRC) is a Kuwaiti Public Shareholding Company, established in 1987. MRC focuses on purchasing and selling used machinery, vehicles, spare parts, metals, and scrap from various projects. They also import machinery for recycling and shredding scrap, and handle waste management inside and outside Kuwait. MRC also invests in portfolios managed by specialized companies, holds and manages auctions, and operates industrial and professional areas. Their services include demolition, environmental cleaning, and managing drainage and dumping centers.

The parent company's registered office is in Safat, Kuwait, and it is 66.48% owned by Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P., listed on the Kuwait Boursa. MRC is committed to sustainability, offering eco-friendly waste management and industrial solutions. With their industrial land within eco-industrial parks in Kuwait, MRC partners with clients to provide necessary infrastructure and support services. They adhere to global standards of quality and environmental sustainability and are ISO and OHSAS certified. MRC is leading Kuwait's eco-industrial evolution, guided by the 'New Kuwait Vision 2035', by collaborating with government bodies, research institutions, and industry leaders to develop a sustainable future for Kuwait.
