ADNOC Logistics and Services PLC was established on April 19, 2023 as a public company limited by shares, under registration number 000009847 in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Global Market Regulations (Amendment No. 1) of 2020. The company was established for the purpose of operating as a holding company for Abu Dhabi Marine Business and Services Company PJSC. In 2023, shareholders agreed to list the company's shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, whereby 19% of the company's shares were offered for IPO. ADNOC Logistics and Services is a fully integrated global energy maritime logistics leader. The company boasts a total fleet of 280+ owned vessels and charters an additional 600 vessels every year, and provides services to more than 100 customers in over 50 countries. ADNOC L&S plays a crucial role in the energy supply chain. It offers secure, dependable, and efficient maritime and logistics solutions. These services span the entire energy value chain. The company leverages next-generation technologies and a talent base of over 7,000 people. ADNOC L&S recently published its first Sustainability Report, where it reiterated its commitment to decarbonization and safety. This aligns with the UAE's ambition to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 and progress toward the IMO 2050 requirements for shipping to hit net-zero. In summary, ADNOC L&S serves as a dedicated logistics provider for ADNOC Group and the UAE, offering essential and specialized services throughout the energy supply chain.
