Investors Holding Group is a public company, based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in October 1998. 'Investors' is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since November 2003. The company is mainly involved in providing sharia-compliant investment solutions. It operates in the following business segments: Real Estate Investment, along with Securities Operations and Other Investment. The Real Estate Investment segment is responsible for all the investment activities, including sale, purchase, and rent of properties and buildings. The Securities Operations and Other Investment segment is involved in the investment in shares in regional stock exchange. It has 9 subsidiaries operating across Egypt, Kuwait and Bahrain. It also has investments in Grand Real Estate Projects Company in Egypt, Gulf Financial Group in Bahrain and Lagoon Egypt Company Real Estate Investment and Tourism in Egypt. The company was established with the aim to sustain the major development witnessed by the world in the real estate investment sector, accomplishing excellence and leadership in this area, and to take the company to the level of the largest companies operating in the real estate investment sector, in the GCC and the Middle East region.
