Real Estate Trade Centers, also known as MARAKEZ, is a public company, based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in January 1999. MARAKEZ is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since December 2010. The company operates in the real estate sector, focusing on diversified real estate activities, both inside and outside of Kuwait. It engages in the buying and selling of securities of real estate companies; conducting studies, and providing advisory services in the real estate sector; managing, owning, and renting out hotels, resorts, and health clubs; and investing, managing, renting, operating, and renting out hotels, motels, clubs, hospitality homes, resorts, rest areas, parks, cafeterias, restaurants, fairs, housing complexes, tourist and health resorts, leisure and sports projects, and shops of several levels and categories. It also engages itself in the preparation of real estate feasibility studies, offering all kinds of related consultations for constructing private and public buildings, and many other real estate operations services. It has 3 subsidiaries operating across Kuwait and Syria, working on trading companies, distributors and diversified real estate activities. The company is also involved in constructing both public and private building projects, directly or through others, and in the sale of properties in cash or on installments, whilst also renting or managing properties in Kuwait and abroad. MARAKEZ continues to play a significant role in the Kuwaiti real estate market, leveraging its extensive experience and diversified portfolio to drive growth and development.
