Flex Resorts and Real Estate Company is a private company, based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and it was established in 1992. Flexwas formerly known as Discovery United for Resorts and Real Estate Company, and is listed on the Kuwaiti Stock Exchange. The company primarily provides gyms, sports centers, clinics, etc. for various sports, athletic, fitness, and family recreation under the Flex Fitness and Flex Family brand names in Kuwait. Its two founders opened their first gym in the basement of a building near Kuwait City, with the vision to promote physical and mental fitness amongst Kuwaiti society. The companystill operates with the same philosophy under the brand name: 'Flex Fitness' and 'Flex Family', through 6 Centers in Kuwait. These centers offers health club services, along with personal training, group fitness programming, and child care centers, salons and spas, cafes, and diet programs. These centers are based inShaa'ab AlBahri, BneidAlQar, and Jahra. Over the years,they have also opened Flex Executive, Flex Spa and Salon, Flex Family, Flex Fitness Women, Flex Gourmet and Flex Clinic.
