More than two decades ago, in 1994, ALARGAN International Real Estate Company was established as a family-owned contracting firm in Kuwait. Its founder, Khaled Khudair Al-Mashaan, who is now the Vice Chairman and CEO, aimed to address an underserved market by providing high-quality, affordable housing in Kuwait. Over the following 20 years, ALARGAN, which translates to the 'Tree of Hope,' expanded and diversified into various sectors and markets. It evolved from a modest real estate business focused on young Kuwaiti families to a leading real estate development company. Through its subsidiaries, ALARGAN offers a wide range of real estate projects and services to various stakeholders, including property management, contracting, landscaping, architecture, project management, and hospitality services. Driven by a growth-oriented mindset and operations across the MENA region, ALARGAN has developed a diverse portfolio that includes affordable housing solutions, commercial projects, hotels, resorts, and communities.
