Al Ramz Real Estate Company is a Saudi closed joint stock company headquartered in Riyadh, established in 2016, that has grown into one of the Kingdom's dynamic real estate developers. The company's activities center on integrated real estate development, encompassing the construction and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, contracting and infrastructure works, as well as the acquisition, sale, leasing, management, and operation of properties and land. From its inception as a limited liability company with a modest capital of SAR 500,000, Al Ramz has steadily expanded its financial base and organizational structure. In 2021, it was converted into a closed joint stock company with capital raised to SAR 50 million, later increased to SAR 300 million through capitalization of reserves and retained earnings. In 2024, the company's Extraordinary General Assembly approved a further capital increase to SAR 428.6 million, supported by a public subscription of 12.8 million shares. This expansion strategy strengthened its ability to finance large-scale real estate projects and positioned it for broader market participation.

Al Ramz is distinguished by its focus on integrated urban developments designed in line with the Salmani architectural style, which reflects Saudi Arabia's cultural identity while promoting sustainability and enhancing quality of life. Its portfolio includes landmark projects such as Masar Destination and Yosr Village in Makkah, AlAhli AlRabwa Fund community, Ramz41, and Al Ramz Tower in Riyadh. These developments highlight the company's commitment to delivering modern, high-quality housing and commercial spaces that align with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals.

In December 2025, Al Ramz successfully completed its initial public offering and began trading on the Saudi Exchange, debuting at SAR 70 per share. This listing marked a new chapter in its growth journey, underscoring its transparency, accountability, and strong investor confidence.
