Riyadh Steel Company was established as a branch of a sole proprietorship in the name of Maan Bin Hamad Al-Jasser Factory for Rolling Iron to its owner, Mr. Maan Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al-Jasser, and registered in the Commercial Register in Riyadh under No. (158433) and dated 14/01/1421H (corresponding to 04/19/2000G) and with an initial capital of SAR (1,177,500). Over the years, the company has increased its capital to reach SR 70 million (as of July 1st, 2024). Riyadh Steel has played a significant role in supporting local infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has witnessed several large-scale infrastructure projects over the past decade. These projects have been crucial for the country's growth and development. Authorities have emphasized the importance of supporting local steel producers and prioritizing their products for government-funded construction projects.
