Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C.P. (BPC) is a leading investment company based in Kuwait, established on February 12, 1995. It was the first private-sector company in Kuwait to invest in the government-controlled petrochemical sector. BPC started its operations by acquiring a 9% stake in Equate Petrochemical Company, a joint venture between the government-owned Petrochemical Industries Company and The Dow Chemical Company. BPC operates through three main segments:

1). Energy: Engaging in the production and sale of petrochemical products.
2). Manufacturing: Manufacturing and distributing petrochemical materials and their derivatives.
3). Petrochemical Sector: Investing in companies operating in the petrochemical sector and allied fields.
