The administration comprises three main divisions and 17 departments: operation division, investment division, and trading division. Departments include Finance & Accounts, Human Resources & Emiratisation, Information Technology, Corporate Communication, Admin Affairs, Strategy & Innovation, Internal Control, Projects, Planning & Engineering, Properties (Deira and Bur Dubai), Marketing, Food Category, Non-Food Category, Fresh Category Trade, Space Management, and Distribution Center (Wholesale & Logistics).
