Activities

Saudi Aramco, officially known as the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, is a state-owned petroleum and natural gas company headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. It's often referred to simply as "Aramco".

As one of the largest integrated energy and chemicals companies globally, Aramco plays a pivotal role in shaping the energy landscape.

Their core business involves hydrocarbon exploration, production, and refining, chemicals and other associated and complementary industries, or any other activity, in or outside the Kingdom.

Aramco has an impressive 91 years of experience, making it a true veteran in the industry. With over 73,000 employees, Aramco operates with a dedicated and skilled team. They manage a whopping 251.2 billion barrels of total hydrocarbon reserves.

Aramco is not just big; it's mind-bogglingly profitable. In fact, it surpasses tech giants like Apple and Microsoft in terms of profitability. Its financial prowess is legendary, and it continues to be a major player in the global energy market.

Aramco recognizes the importance of sustainability. They actively work on initiatives to protect the environment and leave a positive legacy.

From reducing emissions to promoting responsible business practices, Aramco takes its role seriously.

In August 2024, Aramco announced its half-year results and became the majority shareholder in Petro Rabigh, an integrated refining and petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia.
