ADNOC Distribution is a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC). Their primary activities involve the marketing and distribution of petroleum products, natural gas, automotive lubricants, and other related products. ADNOC Distribution operates in the retail transportation fuels, wholesale fuels, and forecourt convenience store markets in Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. They own a wide network of service stations, convenience stores, and vehicle inspection centers. Their products and services cater to a diverse range of customers, including commercial, industrial, government, and military clients throughout the UAE. ADNOC Distribution also provides refuelling and related services at international airports in the UAE. Other services offered by ADNOC Distribution which is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, includes car wash and vehicle inspections. In April 2024, ADNOC Distribution partnered with Mitsui for a US$7 billion liquefied natural gas project in the UAE. Previously in September 2023, they inaugurated three ADNOC service stations in Egypt. They also entered into an agreement with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited to explore expanding their respective international lubricants and allied products businesses in the UAE, India, and other potential markets. ADNOC Distribution plays a crucial role in the UAE's energy landscape, serving millions of customers across its extensive network of stations and facilities.
