Eastern Province Cement Company announces Payment of Annual Dividends

After reviewing the financial results of the company for the year 2012, the Board of Directors of Eastern Province Cement Company, in its meeting held on Sunday 07/04/1434H corresponding to 17/02/2013, has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to the company shareholders for the year 2012 at (SAR 4) per share representing 40% of nominal price with the total distributed dividends amounted to (SAR 344) Million.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the end of the trading day on which the general assembly is held. The General Assembly of the company will be held on Sunday 05/05/1434H corresponding to 17/03/2013, the date for the distribution will be announced later.
