Estern Cement announces the Distribution of Cash Dividend for 2013

The Board of Directors of Eastern Province Cement Co. has recommended in its meeting held on Wednesday 12/04/1435 corresponding to 12/02/2014 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period financial year 2013 as following:

1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 301 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 3.5
3.Divided represent 35% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 19/03/2014
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 02/04/2014
