Armah Sports was established in 2019 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Its founder, Fahad Al-Haqbani, had a vision: to create an experience that would be unique and groundbreaking on the world stage.
The company started by opening its first standalone branded fitness club. From there, it grew exponentially, expanding its network to 150 clubs across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. These 150 clubs spanned 25 cities and served over 230,000 active members.
On October 22, 2023 the Company announced its intention to proceed with an initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its ordinary shares, whereby the offering comprises of: 1). 821,292 shares by way of offer for sale by the existing shareholders of the Company; and 2). Issuance of 4,106,666 new shares. Armah Sports wasn't content with the status quo. It aimed higher, embracing innovation and technology. Fahad Al-Haqbani's vision was to build the company on a foundation of software and smart solutions.
