Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the kingdom and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, announced the successful completion of its ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance audit, maintaining its Quality Management System certification for the third consecutive year.
ISO 9001:2015 provides a framework for organisations to manage quality, enhance performance, and meet customer expectations.
First achieved in 2024, the certification reflects the company's continued adherence to internationally recognized quality management standards. The successful completion of the surveillance audit reinforces Solidarity Bahrain's focus on consistent service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across its operations.
Commenting on the achievement, Solidarity Bahrain deputy chief executive officer for corporate support Amer Janahi said: "Quality management is an ongoing responsibility that guides how we improve our services and respond to customer needs. Maintaining this important certification for the third consecutive year reflects the care and consistency we bring to our offerings. It is also a testimony to the hard work of our colleagues across the company and their commitment to upholding these standards and identifying opportunities for further improvement."
Solidarity Bahrain's ISO 9001:2015 certification forms part of its broader approach to quality and operational resilience. The company obtained ISO 22301:2019 certification for Business Continuity Management in 2023 and ISO 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management in 2022, supporting its focus on service reliability and customer protection.
