Activities

Insurance House Company is a public joint stock company providing non-life and life insurance services to its customers in UAE. Established in 2011 and registered under the Federal Law No. 6 of 2007, Insurance House has designed a separate line of products for corporate as well as personal clients. The company offers general, as well as Islamic insurance products, where Islamic traditions are supervised with the help of a Sharia advisory board. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Insurance House has several branches in Dubai, Sharjah, Al Samha, Al Mussafah and Mahwi. Launched as part of Finance House Group, the company offers private and commercial motor insurance in addition to property and casualty insurance products, such as fire and allied peril, public and product liability, personal accident, property all risk, professional and indemnity insurance. Insurance House also provides coverage against medical malpractice, banker's blanket bond, fidelity, workmen's compensation, jeweler's block, business interruption, money, protection and indemnity, contingency/cancellation, and livestock. Insurance House is also offering engineering insurance products that includes contractor's all risk, erection all risk, contractor's plant and machinery, boiler and pressure vessel, machinery breakdown, loss of profit due to machinery breakdown, electronic equipment, and deterioration of stock insurance products. Insurance House has products for the energy sector, marine insurance products comprising cargo in transit and pleasure yacht, as well as hull, machinery, and liabilities; plus, some aviation and group health insurance products too. Additionally, the company offers individual and group, personal accident, and travel assistance insurance products, as well as household insurance products.
