Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. announced-according to its disclosure posted on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul)-that it has received a letter of award from the Ministry of Justice for a major construction project in the Eastern Province.

The contract, valued at SAR 95,000,059.05 (inclusive of VAT), covers the completion of the General Court building in Buqayq and the Notary Public buildings in Hafr Al Batin and Al Khobar. The project falls under the Ministry's broader initiative to expand and modernize judicial infrastructure across the Kingdom.

According to the company, the project duration is set at 24 months, with work encompassing full construction and delivery of the facilities. No related parties are involved in the transaction.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in the company's results beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026. Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. stated that it will disclose any material developments once the final executed copy of the contract is signed and received.

This award underscores the company's continued role in supporting Saudi Arabia's judicial and administrative infrastructure development.
