National Gypsum Company announces annual financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012:

1.The net income for the twelve months amounted to SR 20.07 million compared to SR 29.60 million for the same period of prior year, representing a decrease of 32.20%

2.The earning per share for the twelve months period amounted to SR 0.63 compared to SR 0.93 for the same period of prior year.

3.The gross profit for the twelve months amounted to SR 26.46 million compared to SR 39.86 million for the same period of prior year, representing a decrease of 33.62%

4.The income from operation for the twelve month amounted to SR 18.08million compared to 30.64 million for the same period of prior year, representing a decrease of 40.99%.

5.The reason for decrease in this period compared for the same period of prior year due to increased competition.
