FIPCO announces non-convening the 8th extra ordinary general assembly

Filling and Packing Materials MFG. Co. (FIPCO) announces that the extra ordinary general assembly meeting (first & second meeting) was not convened due to lack of quorum, which was scheduled to be held on Sunday 19-07-1438 corresponding to 16-04-2017 at FIPCO Head Quarter in 2nd Industrial area, Riyadh, Therefore, it was decided to postpone the assembly and call for a third meeting to be determined and announced later after obtaining the regulatory approvals.

It is worth to mention that The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center on the date of the new General Assembly meeting (third meeting).
