Emirates NBD, a leading banking group, has launched its premier VIP Privilege Programme for Business banking clients, offering eligible customers access based on their relationship with the bank.

Previously introduced as an invitation-only offering to select existing customers, the expanded programme widens access to all existing business banking customers and new customers within select packages. Eligible customers will benefit from priority services, preferential pricing, exclusive lifestyle perks and business-focused privileges.

To qualify for the VIP Privilege Programme, business banking customers need to accumulate 100,000 points during the review year. Qualifying points are generated through primary banking operations in their company accounts, based on deposits, loan and wealth balances, alongside transaction volumes across Foreign Exchange (FX) and Trade Finance products. Businesses in the Emirati package receive a 25% bonus on all qualifying points.

Solutions that support business growth
Hamad Mohamed Zayed, Group Head of business banking at Emirates NBD, said: "As a regional leader in banking innovation, Emirates NBD is dedicated to empowering the UAE's business community by delivering financial solutions that directly support business growth. With our innovative VIP Privilege Programme, we are making a priority banking experience vastly more accessible to our business banking clients, based on their active engagement with the bank. This initiative recognises the vital role of businesses in economic growth and provides them with preferential pricing and curated privileges that add tangible value to both their daily business operations and personal lifestyle."

At the heart of the VIP Privilege Programme is a suite of tailored services anchored by the exclusive Visa Infinite Business Debit Card, a first-of-its-kind in the Mena region offering exceptional business and lifestyle benefits.

Under the programme, clients receive premium privileges across channels. This includes immediate, direct-to-agent access at the contact centre with no waiting time, priority handling for all service requests across business banking Centres and seamless, real-time services via the digital businessONLINE platform. Clients are further supported by a dedicated Relationship Manager and specialised teams, alongside receiving preferential pricing on banking fees and charges.

Extensive savings on commercial tools and travel logistics
Beyond priority operations, the VIP Privilege Programme enhances business efficiency through extensive savings on commercial tools and travel logistics. Customers enjoy discounted airport meet-and-assist services across more than 450 global destinations, alongside premium car rental benefits. Clients can also access preferred rates across essential business platforms spanning marketing tools, HR and finance software, productivity platforms, co-working space rentals and premium business publications.
