Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index dipped on Monday, losing 9.34 points, or 0.08 percent, to close at 11,262.62.

The total trading turnover of the benchmark index was SR4.47 billion ($1.19 billion), as 100 of the listed stocks advanced, while 156 retreated.

The MSCI Tadawul Index edged down by 0.02 points to close at 1,515.98.

The Kingdom's parallel market Nomu gained 14.71 points, or 0.07 percent, to close at 22,538.79. This comes as 32 of the listed stocks advanced, while 37 retreated.

The best-performing stock was Saudi Printing and Packaging Co., with its share price surging by 5.80 percent to SR8.21.

Other top performers included Tourism Enterprise Co., which saw its share price rise by 5.57 percent to SR14.78, and Banan Real Estate Co., which saw a 5.22 percent increase to SR3.63.

On the downside, CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. led the declines, with its share price falling 4.19 percent to SR18.29.

First Milling Co. and Emaar The Economic City also saw declines, with their shares dropping by 4 percent and 3.77 percent to SR54.05 and SR10.47, respectively.

On the announcement front, the Academy of Learning Co. said that its subsidiary, Learning Private Schools Co., has signed a 30-year lease contract for four model schools in Dammam and Khobar with a total capacity of 5,000 students, in line with its strategy to expand in the education sector.

According to a Tadawul statement, the schools, which will be built by Wujud Real Estate Co. at an estimated development cost of SR200 million, will serve males and females across nursery, early childhood, and various educational levels, including special education programs.

Academy of Learning Co.'s share price dropped by 3.34 percent to reach SR6.65.
