Al Ahsa Announces the signing of a reconciliation agreement

Al Ahsa Development Company announces the signing of a reconciliation agreement with Emaar Arabian Shield; in reference to the previous announcement dated 09/03/2013 on filing of lawsuit against the Emaar AlDra Al Arabi Co. by Al-Ahsa Development Co. to transfer the ownership of two lands, both located at Sheikh Jaber Road, Al Maizalah Area, Riyadh. The signing of reconciliation and clearance done at General Court in Riyadh on Tuesday, 02/01/1435AH, corresponding to 05/11/2013, second party has pledged to transfer of ownership of the above-mentioned two lands within thirty days of the signing of the agreement.
