The Board of Directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company in their meeting held on May 26th 2015 reviewed the financial and operational performance of the Company and has recommended to distribute dividends to the shareholders for the second quarter of 2015 as follows:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 123 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 0.75
3.Divided represent 7.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the closing of trading on June 30, 2015.
5.Details of dividend distribution date : July 09, 2015.
