ZOOD Real Estate today launched Élevée, an eight-tower mixed-use community in Riyadh's Al-Nakheel district with an investment value of more than SAR 2.5 billion, designed by the Spanish architecture firm Elia and developed in strategic partnership with Jadwa Investment. The project is due for completion at the end of 2029.

The company marked the launch with a ceremony at Hittin Palace in Al-Nakheel on Monday evening, attended by leading figures from the business and real estate sectors.

Eng. Yasser Al-Qazlan, Chief Executive Officer of ZOOD Real Estate, said the company does not want to build buildings only, but to create places where people feel at home, places that respect their privacy and give them comfort and belonging, and that bring together Saudi identity and a contemporary architectural language, adding, "That, to us, is what quality of life really means."

"Élevée is the first clear expression of that philosophy," Al-Qazlan said, "through an integrated urban community in Al-Nakheel in Riyadh that brings homes, hospitality, offices, retail and green space into one connected experience, designed as a complete way of life rather than a conventional real estate project."

Al-Qazlan thanked the project's strategic partner, Jadwa Investment, and Elia, which worked with ZOOD Real Estate to give the project the character of its setting.

The eight towers comprise three residential towers, two hospitality towers housing a hotel and hotel apartments, and three office towers. Shops occupy two further standalone buildings, and open space and landscaping cover more than 40 per cent of the project, laid out as a central park, planted areas between the buildings, a rooftop garden and wide walkways.

Amenities in the buildings include a nursery, a children's club, a business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, a gym, a civil defence centre, and 24-hour reception and security. These vary from one building to another.

The Northern Ring Road connects Élevée to the King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport, and the surrounding part of Al-Nakheel has homes, offices, services and schools.

"Élevée is, for us, the beginning of a wider journey," Al-Qazlan said. "Our ambition is for ZOOD to leave its mark on the place, and to create projects that preserve our identity, keep pace with people's aspirations and build value that lasts for years."
