Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Company (DSFH) announced the signing of two Islamic credit facility agreements to support the expansion and growth plans of the Fakeeh Care Group.

The first agreement was signed with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) for a total financing amount of 950 million Saudi Riyals. Of this, 800 million Riyals is allocated for long-term financing and 150 million Riyals for short-term financing. The facility is secured against a promissory note only and is compliant with Islamic Sharia.

The second agreement was signed with Saudi National Bank (SNB) for a total financing amount of 1,250 million Saudi Riyals. This includes 1,000 million Riyals for long-term financing, 250 million Riyals for short-term financing and treasury products. Similar to the SAB facility, the agreement is secured against a promissory note only and is Sharia-compliant.

Both facilities, obtained on June 28, 2026 (1448-01-13), are available to DSFH and certain Fakeeh Care Group entities. The company stated that the funds will be used to finance the Group's expansion and growth initiatives.
