Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,951.10 points marking a decrease of 7.78 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to a drop in the communications service sector and the material sector.

Bahrain lslamic Index has closed at 972.20 points, marking an increase of 6.77 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 350 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,562,281 worth BD 914,797.

Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 79.85% of the total value of securities traded.
