Branch equipped with necessary facilities to accommodate special needs customers

Ahli United Bank (AUB) announced the official opening of its new branch in Bayan district. The event was patronized and attended by Hawalli's governor, Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah, in the presence of the Bank's CEO, Richard Groves, General Manager of AUB's Retail Banking, Ranjan Sen, AUB's Head of Branches Department, Amer Najem, and Mohamed Al Najar, AUB's Bayan Branch Manager, along with a number of officials from the Hawalli governorate and AUB's executive management.

AUB's new branch in Bayan is the first to be launched in 2018, as part of the Bank's strategic plan to restructure its branch network with the underlying objective to reinforce its presence across the main areas in Kuwait and to provide convenience to customers for their banking requirements in an easy and effective manner.

On this occasion, Richard Groves, AUB's CEO said, "AUB officially welcomes its customers to its new Bayan branch. We are delighted to have had the Governor of Hawalli preside over our branch opening. We reaffirm to our customers that we will continue to provide the best banking services through branches which have been carefully designed and equipped in accordance with the latest technological advancements and to provide the highest standards of customer service.

Groves thanked AUB's employees on the opening of the new branch, wishing them every success.

Moreover, AUB's General Manager Retail Banking, Ranjan Sen, said, "AUB reaffirms once again its keenness to provide a unique banking experience for its customer to facilitate their overall requirements and meet their expectations. The new branch location in Bayan district is situated in an excellent location. A newly built, standalone building, the Bank provides both comfort and privacy for our customers. In addition, we have also equipped the branch with the latest technological advancements and banking services presented through a specialized team. Nevertheless, ensuring that the branch provides all the services and products of interest to various segments of society, taking into account the availability of various preparations needed to cater to our customers with special needs."

"AUB's new Bayan branch includes an advanced ATM area which has been equipped with the best technology to serve the Bank's customers, as well as a drive through ATM.. The new branch also includes safe deposit boxes to allow customers to deposit their valuable items safely along with multi parking spots to provide more ease for our customers when visiting the new branch," added Sen. It is worth noting that AUB currently enjoys a branch network comprising 38 branches across Kuwait. The Bank seeks to continue developing its branches network while providing banking services through ATMs and POS'.
