Alkhorayef secures key Saudi wastewater network maintenance contract

Saudi-based Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has announced that it has secured a major contract from National Water Company (NWC) for wastewater projects in the Hafer Al Batin governorate.

A leading EPC and O&M contractor in water and wastewater sector, Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies is one of the largest subsidiary companies of Alkhorayef Group which has been in business for over 60 years across 40 countries and 6 continents.

As per the SAR57.3 million ($15.3 million) contract, Alkhorayef will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks in that region for a three-year period, said the company in its filing to the Saudi bourse Tadawul.

On the financial impact, Alkhorayef said it is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2026.
