Taleem REIT announces dividend distribution method

With reference to Taleem REIT Fund announcement on 15th October 2017 regarding the distribution of dividend to the unitholders for the period started from 30th May 2017 (Fund's operational date) to 30th September 2017, Taleem REIT Fund is pleased to inform its unitholders that the distribution of the announced dividend will commence on Thursday, 2nd November 2017 (Payment Date) and will be deposited directly to the bank accounts which are linked to the investment portfolios of all eligible unitholders as the close of the trading day of Monday, 16/10/2017 (Eligibility Date) and registered in the Securities Depository Center two trading days after the Eligibility Date, in all local banks at SAR0.15 per unit.
