Sharjah Insurance proposes dividend of 10 per cent

Sharjah Insurance Company said on Sunday it proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 10 per cent to shareholders during its board meeting on March 7.

The board proposed a review of the company's financial statements for the year to December 2014, the company said in a statement on the bourse website.

It also specified that the firm's general assembly must meet on April 20.
