Nebras Energy's Ordinary General Assembly approved Tuesday the results of the elections to fill two independent seats on the board of directors for the 2026-2028 term.
His Excellency the Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida al-Kaabi, who is also president and CEO of QatarEnergy, and chairman of Nebras Energy, presided over the meeting, which was held via Zoom.
During the meeting, the victory of two independent members was announced by secret ballot, and the list of reserves was approved according to the result of the vote.
