National Gas Company said that its rights issue was subscribed to the extent of 15.56 million shares, against an offer of 20 million shares. The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the allotment of the rights offer and the company is in the process of completing the formalities with Muscat Clearing and Depository (MCD), said a disclosure statement posted on MSM website.
