With reference to Tadawul's announcement dated on 30/01/1437H corresponding to 2015/11/12 , for the appointment of Mr. Khalid Abdullah Al Hussan as an acting CEO of Tadawul, the CMA Board of Commissioners has approved the Saudi Stock Exchange Board of Directors request to appoint Mr. Khalid Abdullah Al Hussan as a Chief Executive Officer effective from 12/6/1437H corresponding to 21/3/2016G.
