Amiantit announces that the elected Board of Directors has appointed on 1-1-2018 HH Prince Ahmad Bin Khaled Bin Abdallah Bin AbdulRahman Al Saud as Chairman and HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Mohammad Bin Fahad Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and appointed on 1-1-2018 the following committee:-

- Executive Committee

- Nomination & Remuneration Committee

& appointed the Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Above appointments are connected with the new current Board of Directors term, 3 years as of 1-1-2018.
